1. QR Code Labels: Print QR code labels for each digital fabric or asset that requires a fabric image update. These QR code labels will help streamline the updating process. You can read the article on how to print QR code labels here.
2. Physical Fabrics or Hangers: Have the physical fabrics or hangers ready that will replace the existing fabric images.
3. Flatbed Scanner: Use a flatbed scanner that can connect to the internet. This will enable you to utilize our Smart Upload feature, providing a seamless experience for updating fabric images.

Steps to Follow

1. Prepare Your Fabrics with the QR Code Label
   Attach the QR code label to the left corner of each fabric. Be sure not to cover any patterns, ensuring that all patterns on the fabric can be scanned and detected.
   
   
2. Utilize Smart Upload
   

   Use your flatbed scanner, connected to the internet, to scan the fabric with the QR code label attached.

   Ensure the scan settings meet the following criteria:

   • Minimum resolution: 300 DPI
   • File format: JPG, JPEG, or PNG
   • Orientation: Portrait

   After scanning the physical fabric or hanger, send the scanned image to your @textile.cloud email.

3. Scanning and Uploading Process
   After scanning, wait for 3-5 minutes. You can track the upload status in the progress status tab in TextileCloud™. Once completed, the fabric images will automatically update based on the QR code labels attached to the physical fabrics or hangers.
