Mass Upload Data with Multiple Fabric Sides

Best Practice on How to Input Mass Data with Multiple Fabric Sides/Layers

Introduction

In textiles, fabric often has multiple sides or layers, including a Face, Middle, and Back side. To indicate that a fabric has multiple sides or layers, follow these step-by-step instructions to input the mass data using the [Mass Upload] option in TextileCloud™.

Mass Upload Excel Template

  1. Fill in all fabric specifications using the Mass Upload Excel Template file.
In the Excel Template file, we can only specify one fabric side. For example, the figure below shows the fabric side as the Face Side.
    ● If the fabric has a Back side, put 'Y' in the Back side column. Additionally, if the Back side shares the same information as the Face side, put 'Y' in the Copy Face-side info
    ● If the fabric has a Middle side, put 'Y' in the Composite material column.
    ● If the fabric has Middle and Back side, put 'Y' both in Composite material and Back Side column.
