How do I send feedback or make a request?

Providing feedback or making a request on Frontier.cool is an integral part of enhancing the platform's user experience. Whether you've encountered a bug, have a suggestion, or need assistance with specific services, your input is valuable. 

Steps to Send Feedback or Make a Request

  1. Navigate to Feedback locate and click on [Send Feedback] in your account settings or profile menu.
  2. Select a Category by choosing the most relevant category for your feedback or request. Options include Bug, Suggestion, Payment, Carbon Emissions Services, or Other.
  3. Fill Out the Comments Section. Clearly articulate your feedback, suggestions, or the details of your request in the comments section. Providing detailed information helps the Frontier team to understand and address your concerns more effectively.
  4. Attach Files (If Necessary).
    If you need to provide visual evidence or additional information, you can attach files.
    • Supported Formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, MP4.
    • Maximum File Size: 20 MB.
  5. Submit Your Feedback. Once you have selected your category, filled out the comments, and attached any necessary files, click 'Send' to submit your feedback or request. Your feedback will be processed and reviewed by the Frontier team
