Navigating to the Edit Feature

  • Accessing Edit Mode: Click the edit icon within the Asset Library to enter the edit mode for a selected asset.
  • Interface Overview: The edit screen presents a large image of the asset, with options to view it in Cover, Face, and Face Ruler modes for scale assessment.

Editing the Asset

  • Scanned Image Display Settings: Modify the scanned image or change the cover image. Detailed instructions will be provided in future tutorials.
  • 3D Material Section: Create and manage 3D materials, view and download existing materials, and upload ApexFiz files in U3M format. Detailed 3D Asset Creation will be covered later.

Specifications Section

  • Identifiers and Descriptions: View the Frontier-supplied number and edit fields such as Season, Features, and Material Info (Type, Description, Construction, Density, Yarn Size).
  • Detailed Attributes: Edit content details like Width, Weight, Finish, and add specific attributes like Pantone color and Pattern.

Tags and Certification

  • Asset Tagging: Use keywords to tag your asset, enhancing searchability and categorization.
  • Certification Tags: Add tags from a dropdown of possible certifications related to the fabric, aiding in asset validation.

Pricing Information

  • Pricing Details: Input fields such as Country of Origin, Pricing per unit, Minimum Order Quantity, Production Lead Time, and Sample Lead Time.
  • Organization-Specific Information: Enter details that are private to your organization and not displayed publicly.

Inventory Management

  • Publish Inventory: Toggle the publish option to display the Total Quantity of the asset publicly.
  • Internal Inventory Data: Add internal information like sample card, hanger, and total yardage, accessible only to your organization members.

Attachments

  • Uploading Documents: Attach internal and external documents relevant to the asset while adhering to file format requirements and maximum size restrictions.
