Guidelines for Adding Asset Attachments in the Asset Library

Introduction

To provide comprehensive fabric information, we offer you the flexibility to attach various supporting files. Whether for public use or internal organizational purposes, you can add attachments such as fabric care instructions, theme collection campaign videos, SCCH files, environmental certificates, and more. This guide outlines the steps and important considerations for adding attachments to your fabric assets.

💡Tip to Prepare Attachment Files, things to remember:
● Supported file formats: JPEG, JPG, PNG, MOV, MP4, PDF, GIF, ZIP, SCCH, YDT.
● Maximum file size: 100MB (per file)

How to Attach Files in Asset:

  1. Go to the Asset Library and click [Edit] button on the asset to which you want to add attachments.
  2. Navigate to the [Attachments] tab.
  3. The upper section is for public attachments (accessible to external organization), while the lower section is for private attachments (accessible only to internal organization members).

  4. Click on the [Upload] button. Then, drag and drop or browse to select the attachment file(s), then click [Upload].
  5. Once the file is uploaded, click [Save] to finalize your edits to the asset.
