Create & Configure A New Organization
Introduction
Welcome to the Frontier.cool onboarding series. This knowledge base video and article will guide you through the process of creating and configuring a new organization on the Frontier platform. Whether you are a brand, supplier, designer, or fall into another category, this guide will simplify your onboarding experience.
Step 1: Logging In and Starting the Process
- Log into Your Account: When you first access your Frontier.cool account, you have the option to join existing organizations or start a new one.
- Create a New Organization: To create a new organization, look for the "Create New Organization" button, symbolized by a plus sign.
Step 2: Entering Organization Details
- Click on Create New Organization: After clicking the plus symbol, a hover menu will appear.
- Fill in Basic Information:
- Organization Name: Enter the name of your organization.
- Country or Region: Specify the country or region where your organization is based.
- Organization Type: Select the type of organization you are registering. Options include Brand, Supplier, Designer, or Other.
- Optional Information: You have the option to add phone, fax, and address details, but these are not mandatory.
- Proceed to Next Step: Once you have entered the necessary information, click on 'Next'.
Step 3: Creating Your TextileCloud™ Email
- Set Up TextileCloud™ Email: If your organization will be scanning fabrics for digitization, you can create a TextileCloud™ email. This email is essential for storing images and data from the scans.
- Finalize Email Setup: After entering the required details for your TextileCloud™ email, click on 'Create'.
Step 4: Entering Your New Organization
- Once the creation process is complete, you can enter and begin managing your new organization.
